Its finally spring! The red buds and cherry trees are in blossom and the weather is slowly starting to turn warm. Tiny green leaves are starting to sprout from bare branches. I love it! I also love second shooting opportunities and got to work with Trish Byrnes of Trishia Marie Photography on the first Saturday of spring's debut to photograph the wedding of a vibrant couple, Amanda & Jacob.
It was an absolutely picture perfect day. The bride commented on how she prayed for perfect weather and that God certainly answered her prayer because he does not want to disappoint his children. I arrived at the cute little bed & breakfast venue, The Brady Inn, located in Madison, Georgia as the bride and her bridesmaids were getting ready. Amanda had a contagious laugh and the most genuine smile across her face the entire day. Jacob was so relax and at ease through the whole day, taking every opportunity to make his friends, family, and bride laugh.
Amanda and her mother had spent many hours (on Pinterest, I hear!) gathering ideas and vintage decor for the outdoor wedding and creating a storyboard to display at the reception tent of their journey together. The groomsmen played rounds of cornhole on the inn's lawn while other guests sipped on variations of sweet tea and lemonade and snacked on specialty popcorn.
